Ingredients :

  • 1 pound grass fed ground sausage
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (1 cup)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups sliced potatoes, concerning four potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced cheese
  • 2 cups organic cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp celtic ocean salt

Instructions :

  1. Wash, peel and coarsely shred the potatoes. Place them in an exceedingly bowl and canopy with water as a result of you do not wish them to brown. Chop onion and red bell pepper.
