This is my excellent dark dish. i favor to start out the week off on the lighter side… less bread, less starch. It usually goes downhill from there… by Th it might be all cakes & cocktails, however come back weekday it’s time to induce it back along. that still doesn’t mean ingestion bland food!
I love this dish for its balance of bright flavors and style of textures: the salty cheese salata, a pop of tartness from the dried cranberries, a meaty bite from the cooked broccoli, crunch from the pine batty. It’s brought in conjunction with a straightforward sweet & mellow apple drink honey dressing.
Ingredients :
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ¼ cup pine batty
- 4 cups lettuce (1 tiny head)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup cheese salata, fragmented or sliced into little cubes
- Extra-virgin vegetable oil, for descending
- Sea salt and recent black pepper
- A macromolecule of your choice: chickpeas, tofu, etc. (optional)
- 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup extra-virgin vegetable oil

Instructions :
- Preheat the kitchen appliance to 450 degrees. Place the broccoli florets on a baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and toss with many pinches of salt and pepper. Roast within the kitchen appliance till dark brown, around twenty minutes.
