  • ⅓ cup broken feta
  • ¼ cup cooked pumpkin seeds (toast on alittle frying pan for thirty seconds or so)
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
For the dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin vegetable oil
  • 1 clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 sage leaves, finely sliced
  • Sea salt and recent black pepper


Instructions :

Roast the sweet potatoes:
  1. Heat up your kitchen appliance to four hundred degrees.
  2. Chop the sweet potato into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Drizzle with some vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast within the kitchen appliance for 20-30 minutes, or till the perimeters begin to show darker and roasty.
