I really announce this grilled benny lime chicken with spicy thai peanut sauce back in 2014, however i really like it most i made a decision to re-photograph it and update the post to place it back before of these lovely eyes of yours once more.

I know you’re planning to like it. The nutty flavor from the chicken combined with the Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce can take you straight to Thailand in one bite. it's creamy, spicy, zesty and every one along deliciously addicting. Let’s simply say, create a double batch of the sauce and you’ll be one happy camper!

I served this formula with the thai mango avocado dish I created last week and whoazer, what an incredible combination!

A meal the family can go whacky for! Grilled benny Lime Chicken served with a home-brewed Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce. Ya’ll, I’m warning you simply create a double batch of the sauce. You’re gonna would like it!


Ingredients :

Sesame Lime Chicken Kebabs:
  • 1 avoirdupois unit boned chicken breasts, remove 1” cubes
  • 2 tablespoons recent juice
  • 2 tablespoons cooked oil
  • salt & pepper
Spicy Peanut Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup + one tablespoon creamy paste
  • 1 tablespoon low atomic number 11 soy (or tamari for protein free)
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger {or one/2 teaspoon of ground ginger}
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon recent juice
  • green onions, sliced 


Instructions :

  1. In a giant bowl, combine oil, lime juice, salt, & pepper.
  2. Add cubed chicken to marinade mixture, toss to coat chicken.
  3. Cover and steep in icebox for twenty minutes.
  4. In the in the meantime, during a tiny bowl combine along paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, water, and recent juice. Whisk along till swish and put aside.
  5. Place chicken cubes on skewers.
  6. Heat grill to medium high heat or four hundred degrees..
  7. Grill either side for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Serve with spicy peanut sauce.
