  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons umeboshi vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons juice
  • 1 cup water (more as needed)


Instructions :

  1. Heat a splash of oil during a medium-large pot over medium heat. Add the shallots, garlic, jalapeño, and some pinches of salt, and cook till softened, concerning five minutes.
