These healthy Apple Muffins is created with coconut flour, vegetable oil, applesauce, syrup, cut apples and walnuts – a delicious breakfast or afternoon snack. they're downlike, with good texture and barely enough sweetness to be irresistible.

These healthy apple muffins style superb and you can’t even tell there's no flour and that they ar gluten-free.
Coconut flour is tough to figure with however this direction is foolproof and has been tested and retested to induce the most effective consistency and delicious style. It’s undoubtedly a direction i'm aiming to detain my back pocket for after I need to form a delicious and healthy afternoon snack.
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup food product flour
- 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 tsp pie spice, (cinnamon, nutmeg & allspice)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup nonsweet (chunky) applesauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil, melted
- 1/3 cup syrup
- 1 tsp pure flavouring
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup cut walnuts, optional
Instructions :
- Preheat the kitchen appliance to 375° F. Grease or line a gem pan.
- In a bowl, whisk along coconut flour, food product flour, sodium bicarbonate, salt, and pie spice combine.
- In another bowl, whisk along the wet ingredients (eggs, applesauce, vegetable oil, syrup, and vanilla extract) till sleek and combined.
- Add the flour combine to the wet mixture and stir till all lumps ar gone. (Alternatively, you'll be able to mix all ingredients in a very kitchen appliance or mixer.)
- Fold diced apples & walnuts into the batter by hand, set some aside for topping.
- Divide batter into twelve gem cavities and high every with a number of apple and walnut items. Bake for 17-20 minutes till a strip inserted within the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to chill in pan for ten minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to chill fully. Store coated.
